Student Mentor Programme

I wonder if there should a short programme for all students to learn mentoring. They can

  • Do away with the Student Councilor?
  • Learn to have good communication skills
  • Look at the Big Picture
  • Understand their own problems
  • Be more matured
  • Understand School Culture much better
